I am passionate about growth - if we aren't growing, we're dying. This goes for both businesses and individuals and I model my life and leadership around this principle. It's not always about growing revenue or EBITDA, it can also come in the form of building teams, business opportunities, individual challenges, and new ideas.

Currently I spend my working days in the aerospace industry. I am constantly striving to empower the teams I manage and build autonomy so I can continue to develop new endeavors. Outside of work, I spend my time involved in activities that keep me challenged and stretching my boundaries like running a marathon, earning my MBA, attaining my professional engineering license, volunteering my time to the community, mastering sailing, and being the best husband and father possible.

My professional life started with a bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering. After spending time heavily in technical design and certification within the automotive and aerospace industry, I was drawn to the business side. I went back to school for my MBA with an emphasis on change leadership. During this time I studied the many aspects of team and organizational growth and how nuances of human psychology play such a big part in this.

From that point on, I have dedicated myself to growing my leadership ability and helping others do the same. Organizations must continue to grow in order to remain competitive and people make these organizations what they are - to lead people in growth is what I love to do.
